Bell Fuels and Sweeney Oil Join Forces CHICAGO - Bell Fuels, Inc. and Sweeney Oil, two of the Midwest's oldest and largest independent petroleum suppliers, announce the merger of their commercial wholesale fuel business. As part of the agreement, Bell Fuels will now run the day-to-day operations of Sweeney Oil's wholesale fuel business.
